The final currency, product prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges where applicable, and total amount displayed during checkout are the amounts submitted for payment.

If the charged currency differs from the billing currency of the selected payment method, the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rate or fee.

Currency-conversion rates and payment-provider charges are determined by the applicable financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled by Ralizant.

Taxes and Checkout Charges

Applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, or other government-required charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order, destination, and applicable legal requirements.

Customers can review the applicable order total before submitting payment.

Free Standard Shipping is available for all supported destinations shown during checkout.

Orders and Order Submission

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

After processing, the estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 business days for supported destinations unless a different estimate is clearly displayed before checkout.

The estimated total delivery time is generally 7–12 business days, calculated as the processing time plus the shipping transit time.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, address problems, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order when tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Ralizant and receive return authorization and the applicable return instructions before mailing a return.

For standard returns, such as a change of preference or an incorrect size or color selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ralizant will provide the applicable return arrangement or another appropriate resolution after reviewing the issue.

Ralizant does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, Ralizant reviews and issues the approved refund within 1–3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible.

Promotions and Discount Codes

A promotion, discount code, or special offer must be valid and successfully applied during checkout to affect the final order total.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer, a discount cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.

Promotions may be subject to disclosed expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, customer eligibility requirements, usage limits, or other conditions.
